Building a Foundationof Home & Hope

Every person deserves a safe place to sleep, a stable foundation to stand on, and a community that believes in their future. We exist to make that possible for foster youth, seniors, survivors, and individuals with disabilities who need it most.

About Us

Fathers to Many.
A Legacy That Lives On.

This foundation is named in honour of two remarkable men, Isaac Obaze and Bamidele Emmanuel Afolabi. In their lifetimes, they were known by a title that cannot be given, only earned: Fathers to Many.

They opened their homes without hesitation to anyone who needed a place to stay. They raised children who were not their own. They stood in the gap for those who had no one to stand for them, offering not just shelter, but belonging, guidance, and love. They were hardworking men who understood that true legacy is not built in boardrooms or headlines, it is built in the lives of the people you show up for, day after day, without keeping score.

This foundation exists to carry that spirit forward. To open doors the way they did. To ensure that the most vulnerable among us, youth ageing out of care, seniors without support, and survivors starting over, find the same warmth, stability, and dignity that Isaac and Emmanuel gave so freely.

Our Services

What we Offer

Affordable Housing

High-quality housing units at accessible price points, because a safe home should never be out of reach. Our properties are well-maintained and located in thriving neighborhoods.

Community Integration

A roof is not enough. We connect residents to local resources, neighborhood programming, and social networks so they feel genuinely at home, not just housed.

Supportive Services

Our case managers work alongside residents to navigate challenges and set goals. We offer life skills training, mental health referrals, financial literacy, and employment guidance.

Communities That Thrive

When individuals find stability, families heal and neighborhoods improve. The ripple effects reach far beyond a single household, and that's exactly what we're building toward.

Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities

Aging should never mean losing your independence or your sense of belonging. We work to source and connect elderly residents and individuals with developmental disabilities to housing resources that are accessible, appropriate, and within reach. We navigate the community on their behalf, identifying programs, support services, and placements that match their specific needs, so they can live with the dignity and stability every person deserves.

Foster Youth & Justice-Involved Individuals

Aging out of the foster care system without support is one of the most vulnerable transitions a young person can face. We provide a stable launchpad with safe housing paired with mentorship, life skills, and community connections. For those who have also navigated the justice system, we offer a fresh start without judgment, connecting residents with employment resources, counseling, and peer support.

Survivors & Those Experiencing Homelessness

Trauma deserves a compassionate response, not a revolving door. We provide safe, stable shelter for survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness, spaces where healing is actively supported. Beyond four walls, we connect residents with trauma-informed care, case management, and the tools they need to rebuild their lives on their own terms.
